Romans 11:17b …you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root…
Romans 11:24b …you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree…

Our Heavenly Gardener
Jesus says in John 15:
I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Moses sang the song the Lord God gave him in Deuteronomy 32:
For their rock in not like our Rock, as even our enemies concede. Their vine come from the vine of Sodom and from the field of Gomorrah. Their grapes are filled with poison, and their clusters with bitterness. Their wine is the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras.
Isaiah (11:1)
A shoot will come from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit
The Lord Jesus Christ says in Matthew 7
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit
Colossians 1:10
And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God
Galatians 5:22
…the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Who am I? Just an anonymous person in a sea of people; an anonymous blog in a sea of blogs; but to our Heavenly Father, God, Almighty?…well, He knows me by name, knows the number of hairs on my head, and he even knows the secrets of my heart.
My posts are an off-shoot of my meditations in the Word of God. My wish is that my love for the Lord will grow more and more in knowledge and depth of insight.
God’s blessings to you all.
